My first one was a husqvarna rider and the wheels on the deck kept falling off and the spindles on the blades broke because of my rough lawn.
Then i hurryed up and figured i would buy a more heavier duty mower so i picked out the rz5424 zero turn mower and traded in late 2009.
I liked my zero turn but i mow 4 acres and it took 5 hours to mow.
No big deal, but the lawn is not smooth like a golf coarse and i broke a spindle off on the blade because the tractor deck was on a angle and i thought it was suppose to be like that.
That was a 80 dallor mistake.
Then i took it to the neighbors to mow there lawn and while mowing i was turning around in a circle and the mower would not straighten out.
Here the spindle on the rearend rounded off and i had to get a whole new rear end for it.
Lucky it was covered under warrenty but it was down for 3 weeks waiting for parts.
Then this year 2011 i was mowing and my deck levelers straightened out and i took it back to the shop and they told me that the deck was shot.
I couldnt believe it.
A 2 year old mower and all these problems!
So i got it fixed under warrenty and now it sits in the garage waiting for a new owner.
I bught a bran new scag zero turn and just love it.
Nothing even can compare to it.
So beware of these mowers they are cheap made.
